Computer health bulletin

My new computer (which, for anyone who is following this saga, is my new new computer) is settling in nicely. We are coming to terms with each other's foibles: it has been persuaded to accept my preferences in the handling of e-mail and the opening of image files, and I am learning how to view my desktop, and how to use the toolbar to store links. It's very black and very shiny. There's only one problem -

- and I'd say "Don't laugh," but it doesn't seem to work -

- the mouse squeaks.
