Yesterday I took the first photographs of the year, of the posy of daffodils that J & J brought us.

Ten days ago, I thought that I would take pictures on our day out to celebrate durham_rambler's birthday, and that this was a ridiculously deferred start to the year; now I think I've done well to take my first pictures before the year's first quarter was over.

Perspective's a funny thing.
