Ah well.. you should know me by now.. the picnic idea was really more Girlbear wanting to make sure my birthday was done properly. And it was - we had the third and final summer singaround yesterday, and sixteen people came, one of them with a trombone. And today we have done prodigious amounts of washing up, and feasted on leftover salads (including marinated broccoli and cauliflower); and we have played music together, thinking about upcoming projects.. and if I spend long enough typing this I expect someone will bring me a cup of tea..
