Happy birthday, Richard Thompson!

He's one of those people whose music I'd really expect to like - and yet somehow, it doesn't click. There are one or two of his songs that have got under my skin, mainly through Martin Simpson's versions, but although I respect his work, I fail to love it.

Which leads me seamlessly on to TrustFlow II for LiveJournal. It calculates people I have failed to friend, despite their being friends-of-friends, or friends-of-friends-of-friends. Starting with:

I had a look at the two I didn't recognise from the above-the-cut list; there are plenty of others - particularly below the cut - who I'd friend if I had unlimited reading time.

But since a weekend away means me strugglingthrough a backlog of nearly 200 posts, I'm being strong-willed about not adding people if I can help it.

I saw your post on this subject, but don't know your f-list well enough to know who you've added to the list as a result of this meme...
