Greggs bakery has apologised to anyone offended by publicity for its Advent calendar which shows a sausage roll in a manger instead of the baby Jesus.

Don't they know that the advent calendar is the exclusive domain of chocolate?

Yeah, I'm Jewish and even I know that! Advent is for chocolate! Also apparently candles, but that's different.
