durham_rambler has just fielded a cold call from someone whose name he did not catch. "This doesn't require you to do anything," they said. He said "OK," and hung up.

We're TPS registered and ex-directory which helps a lot!

Ours is technically a business account, which gets us better treatment when there's a fault, but has its downside: TPS works for domestic lines. Quite often the cold calls are domestic in nature, but there doesn't seem much you can do about that.
