So the down rating of the U.K.'s credit rating is nothing to worry about then?

Given the accuracy of the Agencies' ratings before the banking crash, I'm not inclined to take their opinion too seriously (except to the extent that it tends to be self-fulfilling.

And as Kipling said: If you can keep your head when all about you / Are losing theirs... you obviously haven't grasped the gravity of the situation!
