I'm seriously tempted by the one at the bottom. But it says it has grapes, and the recipe only uses grape juice. I have a Jamie recipe that I think uses actual grapes, maybe I can adapt.

I have a recipe (from Claudia Roden's Italian book) which layers bread, grapes and raisins soaked in brandy; given that Roman cakes must be raised with yeast, that might not be too far off...
