Christmas minus six - and counting.

We have a tree - and, despite shopping for it at such an incredibly late date (yup, that's irony - could you tell?), managed to find one which, if not exactly small, is at least shorter than either of us. Now all I need to do is make a space for it in the sitting room...

Talking of the card situation getting out of hand, this morning brought a Christmas card from our paper-boy.

Never mind. This evening it's ghost stories (and mince pies and mulled wine) at the Lit & Phil. That'll be fun.
