... I tipped the last of a bag of nuts and raisins into the bread dough. Not cake exactly, but a festive Chazmas loaf.

(And we just came in from my birthday treat, which was that space battles movie, and I baked a loaf before bed, because hullo.)

Your baking schedule is more flexible than mine. I start a loaf in the morning, ignore it for most of the day, bake it at dinner time. But I should try leaving it overnight, because then there could be fresh bread for breakfast.

How was the movie?

The movie was absolutely what I want of a Star Wars movie: straight down the line, embellished fun. Long on pretty, short on subtlety.
