The heron was back in the river this morning.

And the students are gone from the pool. They'll be back after the Easter vacation, but for the moment it is lovely and quiet.

This afternoon it rained.


*It doesn't seem possible to use a strike-through in the title line. Is this a Thing?

You can - or at least I can, in my style - use italics. I've just checked, and my italics are still there (phew!).

Wow, I feel in an alternate universe indeed. Are there italics in your title? (If there aren't italics in this title but are in the title to another entry, can you point me to it? I want to see if I see them....)

Oh, sorry - no italics here, but I use them in book posts (like this one (http://shewhomust.livejournal.com/464647.html)). Yes, do tell me if you can see them!

I do! I wonder if I *can* make italics, then... I feel certain I've tried and been unable, so maybe it is just a matter of my journal's style. But I did change the style once; I wonder if I'm still unable....
