We are trying to sort this out, but are not at home, so it isn't entirely straightforward. Should you need to reach me in the interim, please try another address, or leave a message here -

ETA: I've unstuck this, as my e-mail account is back in service. We haven't got to the root of the problem, so we may have to switch it off again, but for the time being we are back to a rather tentative normal.

Oh dear. Truly a frustration/possible crisis of Our Modern World.

I hope that you get that sorted out soon...and so noted.

(Email and internet-access issues fascinate me as Something We As a People Hadn't Even Conceived of Not So Long Ago. Also included in that list are ringtones and other audio-alerts that various technology makes)
