Inaction figures

Another month, another comics order: and there's always something in Previews that defies belief. This month it's The Watcher Action Figure.
The blurb reads:

Charged with observing the Earth without interfering in its development, the Watcher^TM has forsaken his orders on several occasions to assist humanity against the most deadly of threats.

Yes, it's an action figure of a character who is forbidden to act (but has acted, several times). Clearly, I Just Don't Get the whole action figure thing...
