Paddles with Bears

I've spent the last hour (nearly) putting together a post about our day out - or rather, half day out - yesterday, in Whitby with the Bears; and just as I was about to post it, BT decided to disconnect me from the internet. I discovered this when I tried to preview what I had written, and couldn't see anything. Then the internet came back; "Problem successfully resolved," said BT. "Close all browsers and re-open." I should have copied my text first, shouldn't I? I must be tired (it's bed-time; it's past bed-time) because I didn't think of that - I tried saving, just in case, but when I re-opened my browser, you've guessed it, nothing. Quite often when I start to write a new post, LJ offers me something it's cached, but not now when I could use it, oh no.

So this is the space where there might have been a post about going to Whitby to see the Bears, if things had been otherwise. As it is, have a seagull.

As if BT hadn't eaten enough of this week already!
