If you missed open day at the Zymoglyphic Museum last year, the Museum will be open to the public again, for two days only, May 19th and 20th as part of Silicon Valley Open Studios. Those of us who are nowhere near Silicon Valley will have to make do with the online museum: shoebox art galleries, xenophora, the Living Cheese collection...

Saturday May 19th is also the Nuit des Musées, when museums across Europe will be staying up past their bedtimes and getting into mischief. In the Manchester Museum's Mammal Hall, desperance (and other mammals) will be reading scary stories.
