Cherry scones

- Adding the leftover cherries to the scone dough was a good idea; but next time knead them in after adding the milk, don't use the blade of the food processor -
(all together, now: "It was the best butter" / "But you shouldn't have put it in with the bread knife") - Forgetting to add the baking powder didn't help, either.
