You're a generous soul. And, of course, context allows it. Me, I'm just delighted to learn that a bread-based product was named after the wife of Umberto I. It is early in the morning, and my mind is disturbingly distracted by thoughts of a Greek-inspired version (I'm thinking dolmades, and feta), just so's I can call it Pizza Philip, after the consort of our own beloved monarch.
