We used to go to Seaton Sluice for fish & chips - but we went to the Waterford Arms. Where you paid by weight of fish: and a small portion was a large fillet, a medium was two large fillets, and I never ever saw anyone attempt a large.

(Also I used to bicker with them about their recipe for tartare sauce, but a man must seek his pleasure where he may.)
