Oh, that sounds so delicious...in parts. Made me laugh. Nothing harder in life it seems, at times, than getting one´s steak decently done as opposed to overdone and one´s food not fussed with but(t) plain well cooked grillée or whatever one prefers. They´d rather put chocolate and mint sauce on anything from a lamb to wild boar than learn to just plain use the ingredients at their disposal simply as italians to make a great, unpretentious meal tasting merely of the good things someone made it of. Oh, dear: another rant...am all into the ranting business lately. Blame it on the Season, when everything good around here, turns touristy cheap and bland. I love summer, but this makes me long for autumn and claret with wild boar...
